URGENT: impress file converted into Chart

Hi guys,

I could not find the topic anywhere else: In my impress (Version: 4.1.6.2) presentation I wanted to add a chart. It opened the chart menue that I couldnt close. I tried to restart the program but instead, it saved the whole presentation as a chart. Now I cannot open the presentation anymore, it always openes a blank chart menue with almost no options. Still the file has size 34 MB so I guess it still contains all the information, but I changing the file extension to odp did not help. It drives me crazy, my presentation is tomorrow

Can anybody please help me?

I kind of "solved" the problem by letting Powerpoint repair my presentation. Got the typical problems with forms and text fields, but everything else looks good.

Still puzzled about this bug...
